As we are a small, local business we cannot accept refunds or exchanges. As of currently, refunds and exchanges are not accepted since all of our products are handmade and repurposed. Thank you for shopping with us :)

If you find that your product has an issue, please email or message us... We would love the opportunity to make it right with our customers, as they are all handmade and can sometimes have unseen issues that pass our eyes before we send them to you.
